    Can we add emoticon at Button text or you will add a feature to add emoticon?

      Currently not available by default. We will see in future. However you can try by putting emoji by copying. It should work. I saw some people did like this. Though we didn't tried it .

      Well, it is working with copy & paste the emoticon.
      Just need an addition emoticon selection then :)

    Since there is postback and JSON API Connector, Can you add free input feedback from a customer and response containing inputted text from the customer?

    Example:
    Bot Question: What is your dream?
    Customer Answer: having money $100000

    Post Back Bot Reply: Hi [FIRSTNAME], Wow that is amazing to having money $100000

    JSON API Connector will send data:
    subscriberid, first name, email, postbackid, Question, Answer

      We don't have the option of user input as said before and you know. So currently it's not possible & have not plan. Will think in future. You can submit your suggestion in our feature request from.

      Yes, It will work. You don't need extended license of Add-ons. Extended license of main product EZ Inboxer is enough. And for add-ons , buy regular license. No problem.
