What do you mean by not work ? Which SMS gateway you have tried.
There is no option to add custom gateway. We have already provided 7 SMS gateway that's enough i think. For any custom matter, you can use JSON API connector add-on & built your own system.

5 years agoI try 6 gateways and only nexmo is usable but the cost is too expensive.
