do you think 'Comment Template' and 'Reply Template' is a bit confusing?
Might change to another wording would be great for a newbie user as they do not know the differences between 'Comment Template' and 'Reply Template' usage
Comment Vs Reply should be a fine word to differentiate. As it's clearly differentiate as one is for Auto Comment & Another is for Auto Reply.
However if you think it's confusing, share some of your idea .

Second level reply is turned off for some reason. This is create more pressure on server, so we kept it disable .

It need to be from Code level & need some changes as well. There is no default system to enable. And currently we have no plan to enable due to issue as i have said. We will think in future.

For add-ons we allow regular license for all. So add-on will work for all Extended license & regular license of XeroChat.
Regular license can be used by you or one client, in a single end product which end users are not charged for. If this product is an add-on of another product, then you can buy extended license of parent product only and purchase regular license of the this product.
