  That offer was actually from many days ago & expired. However no problem , still you will be eligible to get coupon. Contact support desk or Facebook Messenger https://www.facebook.com/xeroneit/ for it after purchasing XeroChat, we will give good discount for XeroChat add-on.

Why don't you guys offer an installation service? People such as myself are not very techie. I had to use someone from the Facebook group to install EX Inboxer and page response for me, but I'm not sure what she did because the process was convoluted. I have never even bothered to use EZ Inboxer.

Because I own EZ inboxer and page response, it seems that I would receive a coupon only if I go ahead and purchase XeroChat, but then I have to mess around with trying to figure out how to install it again and you guys don't offer any installation service.

I will go ahead and purchase the regular license for now and see how it goes. I guess I can always upgrade to extended license later if I have a need to sell the software as a service.

  Seems you didn't purchased XeroChat yet or not updated in our system yet. If already purchased, logout & login in our system to update purchase list from codecanyon. Then you should get coupon.

Hello it also says I am unable said to send a support ticket because my support has run out for all of my products.

But then when I try to renew my support there is no possible way to renew the support so how am I supposed to get help?

Hello as I am an existing customer before I buy, I did not like setting up the bot and the ezinboxer because it had too many settings and was not very simple.
Is this new xerochat easier to setup? Without mucking around with sending facebook app approval etc?
Also I have bought the below products but still i see no coupons in my coupon section?

  I would suggest to check the Demo by creating your own account. So you will have a better understanding how it's designed.
