ChatPion Quick Overview

Around 4 months (till launch time) we have been working on a Facebook Application with a new theme. We have changed back-end, front-end & combined EZ Inboxer + BOT Inboxer features & added more features in one item as new product called ChatPion.


When we built EZ Inboxer 2.5 years ago, it was a small product, later we have enhanced a lot, provide new features, new add-ons. Tried our level best to support our customers, instantly fix any changes come from Facebook end. Working with third-party API like Facebook is very difficult as so much changes frequently come from Facebook & we have to change our system at the same time.  A lot of things have been changed during this time.

So we have decided to combine the EZ Inboxer & BOT Inboxer in one product is called ChatPion, merge 9 available add-ons into 3 add-ons for ChatPion with some new feature as well.

What main changes come with ChatPion & its add-ons:

  1. 1.    One Facebook APP:  For EZ Inboxer, BOT Inboxer, PageResponse add-on, one import account menu. Also with social login button for signup, Login with Facebook will create account & also import their Facebook account.
  2. 2.    Subscriber Profile:  Now BOT can retrieve subscriber gender, time zone & locale. (Need APP Approval )
  3. 3.    Menu:   Menu is redesigned, removed redundant page, and put similar designed feature in one place.
  4. 4.    Instant Comment Reply: Post-wise & Page-wise both auto comment reply are now webhook based as instant.
  5. 5.    Subscriber Sync: Beside Inbox, now sync old subscribers support to import from DONE, OTHER folder of your pages.
  6. 6.    Interface: New interface of most of features including BOT settings.
  7. 7.    BOT Reply Delay: Individual typing-on & delay settings in each reply instead of common settings for page.
  8. 8.    Subscriber Profile: Subscriber details page with all information & action in one place.
  9. 9.    Subscriber Segmentation: Segment subscribers by comment private reply campaign
  10. 10.  Theme: We used brand new bootstrap-4 theme.
  11. 11.    Payment Option: Payment option is only available in extended license. PayPal recurring payment option is implemented.
  12. 12.    Drip Campaign: Multiple Drip Campaign Assign is possible now for subscribers.
                                        Drip campaign can be set as Hourly based beside the day
                                        Drip Campaign assign based on postback click
  13. 13.    BOT Send API : 24H &24+1 Promo Message Send with BOT Send API
  14. 14.    Webview: URL load in webview option added.
                              Webview Form Builder (Drag & Drop)
                              Save form submitted data & JSON API call
  15. 15.    Enhanced Tree View: BOT tree view is improved, you can create bot by adding postback reply & can edit from there easily
  16. 16.    Simple SMS/Email Manager Implemented
  17. 17.    Optimization : Design, Code , Database everything has been optimized.
  18. 18.    And a lot of other improvement .

Depreciation :

  1. Quick Broadcasting feature has been removed due to deprecated by Facebook.
    RSS AUTO Message
    sending option has been removed for security reason of Pages to avoid sending promotional message by any chance.

Add-ons of ChatPion: Initially 3 add-ons will be released. 

  1. 1.    Comment Reply Enhancers:  Combined with UltraResponse + PageResponse + CommentTagMachine Add-ons.
  2. 2.    Messenger BOT Enhancer:  Combined with Messenger Broadcaster + Engagement +  Drip Campaigner

What will happen for my EZ Inboxer & BOT Inboxer?

    You can use your EZ Inboxer & all add-ons as you are using it now.


How I can move to ChatPion,  if I want?

    You will need to purchase ChatPion & install as new. You will need to create new Facebook APP & get approval of specific permission as instructed in our documentation. [Doc will be provided later]


Why it is a new product, not an update of EZ Inboxer? Why I will need to pay again?

    This is the question most people will ask or curious to know. We actually changed back-end, front end, combined EZ Inboxer & BOT Inboxer in one item & enhanced a lot. It also need all permission approval for one Facebook APP. It can’t be given as an update, it needs to be re-installed & set everything from scratch.

In other hand we have worked for this around 4 months & invested around 30K USD to be honest. It’s a big investment for a codecanyon one time price product for a very specialized software where targeted buyer area is very limited, not like so broad as a Wordpress theme or plugin can be attracted. Initially our plan was to sell it as recurring payment like 6 months license, but later we decided to provide it as one time price. So we have no way to give it as updates.

However we are going to give a decent amount of discount for our existing customers which should be enough compensation comparing huge enhancement of the system.


I don’t like ChatPion , I don’t want to purchase?

It’s ok. It’s not mandatory to purchase ChatPion. You can use EZ Inboxer & all its add-on as you are using it right now.

You are welcome to check feature description, documentation, full demo & then can decide whether you will buy or not.  We highly suggest to check all available features currently available is fit for you or not.


What’s the guarantee that you will support ChatPion in Future?

    If there will no big changes come from Facebook itself, we must continue the project for at least 3 years. It may happen that we may move to new application after that for various reason, but off-course we will compensate with good reasonable discount for existing customers.

    Hi,

    Any possible reason why I can't upload the file? I tried to upload the other file it is OK but when I tried to upload xerochat file it won't proceed.  After it reaches 70-80%, it goes back to 0%.

    I want to know if this version solved what we asked for in EZ Inboxer

    1) to be able to change the telephone in case the one that the system takes out is no longer the current one

    2) be able to change the email in case the one the system pulls out is no longer the current one

    3) limit users in terms of creating chatbot and be able to create packages with different features

    I would also like to know if XeroChat has / is going to have feature of using Chat Bot not only for Facebook Messenger but also for Instagram Direct Messages?


    I mean now there is an option to read and reply to Instagram Messages through the Facebook Messenger Interface, see attached the screenshot

      Facebook doesn't have any Public Official API yet for Instagram. So we have no plan until Facebook release any API for that.

    I have only 2 concerns.

    1. Design UX/UI - Can you share the screenshot please? I hope the design won't be 1/10 like EZInboxer. This is very important for me.

    2. Addons - I guess you are planning to create more addons however, will it be the same way as EZ the long list?

    I hope all mistakes you got from your first product will be considered.

    Damn, i just bought ez inboxer, bot inboxer & message broadcaster on 19th aug, , still on the process of installing the product and now the news of new app with all in one. Is there anything for me, can I request a refund in codecanyon and buy the new product, when can the new product be bought?

    Taking into account facebook updated messenger policy, beginning July 31st, can you still send promotional messages to our subscribers via bulk send messenger from EZ Inboxer or in the future with XeroChat (text and link only), whether the facebook page is approved for subscription messaging or not? Or we might get blocked by facebook for abusing?

      Facebook doesn't change anything actually recently regarding policy. These policy is from year ago. People didn't know the matter. That's it. 
      And our system follows this policy from  year ago.

      You can broadcast to as much as subscribers you have. There is no limit. However all this is totally depends on your server capacity how much pressure can handle by your server. To send large number of message, you must need a big dedicated server. However we can't say any specific configuration as it's sometimes try & check matter.

      We have multiple broadcasting option.  There is one which doens't need subscription messaging approval, & another needs subscription messaging permission.

    Hi,

    Currently, in the Bot Inboxer (bot settings, post back reply, misc) we can have a maximum of 3 replies only, in the Xerochat how many replies we can have? 

    and can we change the reply position by drag & drop the reply instead of delete and create a new reply in Xerochat?

      I think, we have already described in details what's changes come with XeroChat , there are around 12 points of changing.  If that satisfy you , you may go for XeroChat, otherwise stay with EZ Inboxer, No problem :)

    Greetings,

    Recently I was updating EZ Inboxer and Bot Inboxer and ran over a technical issue after running the last update procedure: I get "404 page not found" whenever trying to access log-in page.

    I took a look at "Installation documentation" in order to try to re-install the software on my server. However, even en your youtube video instructions the following link gives same issue: "404 page not found"

    Is it related anyhow to the launch of your new product? Can I re-install my EZ Inboxer and Bot Inboxer from scratch?

    Xerochat support to add a default attribute and custom attribute into text reply or questions ?


    Example for default attribute is first_name, last_name.

    Example for custom attribute is user answer of questions

      No, But Webview form builder is added , from where you can create form to collect data from users & it will be stored for that users & also have option to trigger JSON API call to get those data & process by your own code.

      yes its possible to using the form to collect data and trigger to JSON API but the collected data won't available inside the Xerochat which is we can use in purpose to rephrase it inside the reply based on the custom user answer

    Can we Sending blaster/drip based on subscriber timezone and xerochat timezone (depend on the option we choose when creating a blaster/drip)

      Please calculate yourself as per your needs, price is listed above. And in future there may be more add-ons available which we can't give any idea right now.

      Segmentation can be done as it was in old system, beside comment private reply is added .

      What do you mean by giphy ? Please elaborate more.


      You can filter user based on timezone during broadcasting, but no option for sending message of each user's own timezone . We will think about it in future, but currently no plan, as it will make the system complex for most of the server as it will create more pressure on server which will not be controlled by most of our user's server. So we have to keep thing bit simple that create less pressure on their server.

      Where you want to integrate Gif ? Currently it supports GIF file reply in Image/Video  reply type, you can upload GIF file as well.

      in every field that we can insert an image as reply/msg.

      Yes uploading a gif is great, but insert a gif from giphy is better for some cases.

    I have bought two licenses of EZ Inboxer and also Bot inboxer add on... I bought it a while back, but could not implement it, and was just implementing it on a new site, and then I saw that the whole product is being changed.  How can I get best value of the new offer now?

      Sorry to hear that. However you can use EZ Inboxer & continue to use it. 


      If you want to get the new XeroChat , we are going to good discount during launch, So it will compensate some comparing the enhancement of the software. And if you also want to get add-ons, we will give you good discount too as recent existing customer.

    How about IniReply (Instagram Auto Reply)? Do you plan to give discount for bundle with all add on? What if i'm interested with Xerochat Extended with all add-ons? Can you give some discount? I'm previous customer which is already purchase Ez Inboxer with some add-ons.

      The available discount option are described in the article. We don't have other option of discount right now.
