If your app is fully approved & getting this error message during enabling Bot Connection

Remove the app from here https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools

Then Import account by Login With Facebook again.

Don't delete account from ChatPion system, that will delete all settings.

Now check again, it should solve the issue.
