  No, For Facebook Messenger, checkbox plugin is must needed, otherwise we never detect any user who is not logged in your woocommerce store & added cart before login or as guest.

It's not possible right now.

But we have already option of email or phone number option collecting from Woocommerce account & can send email & SMS also.

But for Facebook, checkbox plugin is must needed, otherwise we never detect any user who is not logged in your woocommerce store & added cart before login or as guest.
