Additional Input types required for user input flow add on

I strongly feel to make this more practical some updates are urgently required for User Input:

1. For date select input method, there should be min and max date field allowed to be setup, so if we want to bar selecting dates in past etc. that can be done.

2. Some sort of validation either via regular expression ( can definitely provide a lot of flexibility)

3. Input type of dropdown select can definitely help people put more than 10 options, and even multiselect option can be implemented using that.

4. I am not sure, I want to confirm, if we can send user input data to json api, so we can process it?
