I followed the template from creation app to xerochat platform but when i start conversation in messenger the bot did not reply.
Problem resolved Thank you so much *****
Make sure to enable Messenger webhook event , there are total 5 events
1. Feed
2. messages
3. messaging_postbacks
4. messaging_optins
5. messaging_referrals
