Bot Trigger

I created a Messenger bot for my Facebook Page and I did not add any Triggers nor Action buttons. However, when I tested the Chat button on my Facebook Page, the Bot gets automatically triggered... Please, I only wanted a specific bot to only be triggered when specific Keywords or Action buttons are met.

Any help?
