Hi team, we found that after we upgraded our app to v18 from v16, some of the users cannot import their account and show this error : ( we already made sure the admin never changed the password) . https://prnt.sc/gkzeEN24kg5Z
Once we downgrade the app to v16, the error disappears. So may I know if the app ready for upgrade?
