ChatPion Has Stopped Responding

Hello,

I purchased ChatPion along with several of your add-ons, but today my entire system stopped responding to messages when users send messages to my FanPage.

I checked CodeCanyon and only see the notice: “This item has been temporarily removed from Envato Market.”

How can I get my system running again?

When I try to use the update feature, it also can’t connect anymore.

Please provide support.
