FB Message Request

Hi,

Anyone here experience this? I submitted the app for review and Facebook sent this message:

"This is a test message from the Facebook team. Please respond from your app within 2 days to confirm that the integration is functioning."

I replied from the messenger itself but it says "respond from your app". I can't find a way to respond from the app itself.

Can you teach me the right process please?
