Hi,
1.
I am using sitespy 5.2.1.
I downloaded the new version from codecanyon.
Seems many folders & files are missing.
I copied the new version files over the old folders & files.
I get this error
A Database Error Occurred
Error Number: 1146
Table 'DB_Name.domain' doesn't exist
SHOW COLUMNS FROM `domain`
Filename: models/Basic.php
Line Number: 240
but when i got it installed after a long while, all the css is messed up.
A PHP Error was encountered
Severity: Warning
Message: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, class 'Home' does not have a method 'error_404'

Line Number: 532

When i delete all files and copy only version 6.1.5.
I get all these errors
a.

The new versions have many files that are missing.
I am confused how to do a fresh install.

3 years agoThanks, it installed ok now.
I was unzipping it and then uploading it, some files must have not extracted.
It worked after i uploaded the zip to the domain & then extracted it.
Usage of APIs are described under Native API menu of XeroSEO application.
- I can't find this in the manual.
- Is this in the Admin area?

3 years agoI have just double checked by downloading latest version from Codecanyon & installed. It's working fine.There is no file missing.
You must doing something wrong. Delete everything from your server, download latest version from Codecanyon & then install as totally new.
If you still face problem please open support ticket providing details access of your system & cpanel access to check the matter what you have did & what's the issue.If your support period is expired, please consider to renew your support extension.

3 years agoUpdating from 5.x to latest version does not work. The software structure has been changed from v6.0
You have to install fresh copy.
