How can I customize the front page of ChatPion according to my own preference

Guys,

I have been trying to run my SaaS ASAP so I have hired a tech to do the internal setup. But I need to customize the front page as per my choice.

How can I do that without breaking the links of the backend?

I know basic html and css.
