Is there anyway to resume chat with bot from dashboard, after the person clicked on "chat with human"
From Subscriber Manager -> Bot subscribers -> Actions column. In modal there is a three dot at right side. click there , you will get option to start bot or pause bot for that subscribers. See the screenshot https://prnt.sc/r4zgso
