I am recording screen to submit for review but in Live Chat step I get this error.

(#100) Cannot tag messages with 'HUMAN_AGENT' without prior approval.

Please help

  Yes, you will need the Human-Agent Permission approval to use this Human-Agent Tag.

Please try to do it which Facebook page is integrated with Instagram. then hope it should work. It seems Facebook issue recently because it was ok before.
