On import a bot template i got this message: ERROR: SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 2 column 1 of the JSON data. Keep in mind the bot template itself works fine… with no errors.

Hi,
I cant create a support ticket for Zerochat... is no longer valid... need to purchase once again on envato for support?

Updated to latest version (4.1).
Tried to import bot template, got this error message:

Without checking , we have actually no idea. Please create a support ticket providing all details of your application to check the matter.

Update to latest version of Xerochat (4.1) & then check , let us know the error message you got now. So we can then understand the issue.
