Hi, its very nice if we can set support desk depended by panckages. For example free version dont have support and pro version have support.
Other but also very importal subsriber left in dashboard

Its possible to do but its not good its because free users is also your prospect users,So if then can't open the ticket and get support then obviously then will not upgrade if they don't get proper solution.
