Requesting Discount for License Upgrade (Regular → Extended)

Hi there,

I’m currently using the regular license for Chatpion and I’d like to upgrade to the extended license.

I tried to submit a support ticket regarding this, but unfortunately, the product doesn’t show up in the dropdown menu when creating a ticket—so I’m posting here instead.

Is there any chance of getting a discount for the extended license since I’ve already purchased the regular one? Also, could you please let me know how to proceed with the payment or license upgrade?
