Solution of Menu Blank after save Menu Manager

After updating ChatPion 4.0 , During creating new menu , if your menu is truncated for any reason, follow the below step


base_url need to be replaced with your application base_url.

1. Goto base_url/update_system/index

   Update ChatPion to latest version 4.0.1

   

2. Then go to base_url/menu_manager/get_menu_lists

    Click on "Reset to Default" button.


  

Now during creating new menu & save, if you get any error , please share the screenshot here . We will check the matter.

    I have updated to version 4.0.4 and I am experiencing the following error:

    - I created the page and created a new custom menu: http://prntscr.com/s9plnlIn my admin account, I still use custom menus without problems.

    PROBLEM

    - In the user account, if you click on a custom menu, it is immediately redirected to the main control panel like this.: http://prntscr.com/s9poko

    - I cannot find the submenus in the dropdown list: http://prntscr.com/s9pow9

    Please support me this issue
