Support for Facebook App Review Issue

Hi,

We have been using the xerochat as our automation tool for social media handling and engagements since the past few years. Everything was going good until Facebook deactivated our app for violating the Facebook policies. After a series of request and updating the xerochat to latest version, we could still not get the proper response from FaceBook. 


Now, we created a new developer app and reconnected the same xerochat system and have requested access such as pages_show_list, pages_manage_posts, read_insights, pages_read_engagement. It has been nearly a month and we still await for the response.


The xerochat has also changed its branding to chatpion and we would like to ask for support to know what might have been the problem here and if any similar issues have been faced at other side. Please let us know what could be the possible solution to re-initiate this system for our office social media automation.

    We are not sure why facebook block your app.However please make sure you provided your privacy url properly.also make sure your login with facebook button is working fine.and finally please don't violate Facebook any rule.during using the app that may cause you're blocking the Facebook app.


    However,please submit your app for approval again like this way https://xeroneit.net/home/blog/xerochat-how-to-submit-app-for-review then i hope you get approve.And during submitting the app use your own logo
