Hello everyone!
I just bought XenoSeo and am going through the configuration steps.
When I try to upload my site logo nothing happens, I made sure that the dimensions and file size are according to the recommended 700x200 500kb.
Has anyone ran into this issue? How can I fix it?

2 years agohow do you change the permission - also, do you do it for the folder or for a file?

3 years agoHey, I had the same issue. I think I figured it out. The permissions need to be set to 755. I thought I'd done so but forgot to set it to recursive for all directories. Once I did so, it allowed the changes to be made.
