I am unable to change the logo and favicon in the Chatpion software
this didn't work for me. I think it's probably a permission error but i don't know where to update it.
1. You can do it from settings. Go to System->general settings then change the logo from there
2. After that if it has not changed. then try by clearing your browser cache. hope it should work.
