I am unable to change the logo and favicon in the Chatpion software
I placed the images with the same name directly in the /assets/img folder
I also can't change the favicon and logo.
I receive the message: Uploading the file type you selected is not allowed.
But the files follow the requested definitions.
I even downloaded the images that appear already defined on the screen itself and these same images are not accepted.
Is it a permission issue?
They still haven't fixed this issue as I can't change the logo or favicon either. Who do we contact to get this fixed?
this didn't work for me. I think it's probably a permission error but i don't know where to update it.
1. You can do it from settings. Go to System->general settings then change the logo from there
2. After that if it has not changed. then try by clearing your browser cache. hope it should work.
