WebVIEW update email and phone

Hi currently we can use text with button (bot setting) to auto collect user phone and email by webview. But there are two different form need to be submitted in order to collect bot email and phone. Is there anyway we can custom build webview form and inside that custom webview form we also able to auto collect email and phone then update to subscribers profile as well as collect other data ?? Thank
