WhatsApp ChatBot Coming Soon for BotSailor

I don't think it should frustrating for customer for ChatPion, as you have already got more than what you have paid for ChatPion. We never promised for any future update . We always clearly said to buy any of our product if you are satisfy with the current state of the product.

So we have purchased ChatPion & you have got all features of it & if you have purchased many days ago, then a lot of new features & updates also.

We will give an API access to BotSialor's WhatsApp bot building platform to be used on ChatPion. We are working on it. We will announce it once we are ready.

We always listen to our clients. But it's very hard for us to see our scripts getting nulled over night as soon as we release them.

Thank you for your appreciation. We are working hard to provide better services for our clients. We have made many improvements and added many features to ChatPion and have always given free updates to all and will continue that. 

There is no reason to feel betrayed or left alone with ChatPion.  We have many other products, and we do take care of all our products. BotSailor is just a new product from us (Xerone IT). 

As soon as we release a script, it gets nulled and we lose our revenue. We do also have costs for creating a new piece of software. It's very hard for us to see our scripts getting nulled over night after we release them. 

Due to the huge demand for WhatsApp to be included with ChatPion, we might grant access to the WhatsApp API to use it on ChatPion, but it will come with a recurring fee. 

In BotSailor, we are taking care of the hosting, installation, and maintenance. And you can just use the White Label license for the business with a small recurring fee.

BotSailor has also option for white label reseller account with very minimal fee. You can go for that also & build an another platform for encrypted messaging platform's bot.

However we are also working for ChatPion Facebook recurring messaging, Which will also come very soon.

brother it will be the best outcome because in the end the 2 products are excellent but the only problem: too much platform ends up confusing customers..

I understand you perfectly and you are right; what I propose to you is an integration by api of botsailor with chatpion; just to allow the customer to have everything in one place;

of course not free; your fees can stay the same; I know that development requires a lot of resources: financial, time, etc.

but let's try to understand that users love ease without forgetting the rival companies that already provide this kind of all-in-one environment

Yes, we have a plan to give API access to be able to use WhatsApp with ChatPion. This will take us a little time to implement.

We are not changing ChatPion. It is as it was.

ChatPion is getting a lot of features from the beginning. Just compare the first release & now. Complete Instagram platform has been implemented. And a lot of features. And we will keep working for more features of Facebook & Instagram messenger.

As example : Recurring notification messaging is also coming for ChatPion. We are also working on it.

It doesn't mean we are leaving a product.

A company may have multiple products. We are not ChatPion company but Xerone IT company. ChatPion is one of our product. BotSailor will be another with different platform's features.

And at the end of the day, we have go for recurring billing to survive. You have to understand that also. Selling add-on actually return very less money & we can't survive like that.

the problem its not here , we wanted just to integrate it with chatpion with the same price or more , I don't have problems to pay for a service , but inside chatpion because we are here to sell , and its difficulte to sell 2 separate platforms , our clients wants the same place with the same login with the same process 

the same visual builder for all social media , we can make a copy past for bots 

its more interested even if we have to paye more money

No, It doesn't mean you have to use telegram. it's your choice which one you will use , which one not.

Actually to be honest , selling add-on is actually a loss project us.

Just simply calculate, we can sell maximum 300+ add-ons in few months. Where we have to give 50-80% discount. Otherwise it doesn't get sale. So we got very little amount by selling add-on.

However we are also giving option of white label which is actually same. You may think about recurring billing, but you just also think that you will not to pay hosting, also we will manage the system & support it from our end if anything happen wrong.

Its not about the payment, you can also try recurring payment addon. We do understand that you need to have an income. You have to understand that your customers are talking about having the features in 1 platform so that we can tell customers rather than telling them you can get whatsapp in botsailor and fb/insta in chatpion. This is the issue put the features together so we can compete with other who offer the same. That same charge in botsailor try it as well in chatpion. read the comments carefully this is what we are talking about.

Ok, I am planning to do test with recurring add-on for upcoming ChatPion add-on (Recurring Message/notification send) . Let see how many people get it & continue to pay.  Then we can take other decision also.

Actually there are many other reason behind the decision. It will be long list but the first one is getting nulled over night. It's very sad to see getting nulled your hard work & people are using free, distributing free. Another reason to support on various type of server, different issue in different server for different client. Very hard work.

Anyway we have plan to test recurring billing for ChatPion add-on.  If we get success, we will provide API based add-on for ChatPion from botsailor also. We have that plan also. But need time to implement everything.

We are not going to competition. We have done many things for ChatPion from the beginning. ChatPion has so many features that you will never find such script for this. You may get service provider but not script. ChatPion is still great & our flagship product. And we will continue to develop it also.

We have implemented full Instagram bot features in ChatPion which wasn't at the beginning. You can't say we are ignoring our customers. But you are talking like asking everything with a single payment. We never promised for any new updates or any features during our sale & we write this in many place about. But we always worked hard for our customers. Given a lot of compensation. Even we have give 80% discount for our ChatPion extended license who has purchased FB Inboxer. We never left our customer alone.

Here we also have option for our customer for white label account with very minimum charge.

Anyway you may not agree with us. It may happen. But we were working & will work for our customers as much as possible from our end.

WhatsApp Cloud API is bit different in implementation where currently each user will need their own APP & Business Manager account to manager their phone number.

And we are decided to keep this platform in our server end to avoid hassle from different server based support. That's another reason to keep it inside BotSailor.

However it will also be available for white label reseller account.

please think of adding more Features in Chatpion like whatsapp also support recurring billing to survive is best solution  ,

we don't like Telegram in Egypt , and prefer having all Features in chatpion
