re-installed the product tried another vpc and still getting the same problem ? your lates update broke the system?
Getting this everywhere:
An uncaught Exception was encountered
Type: mysqli_sql_exception
Message: Unknown column 'visual_flow_campaign_id' in 'where clause'

Tried different broswers tried facebook support ?
Why can I not choose the software therefore cannot log a call ????

Please just reset your purchase code and update your Chatpion+ Messenger Bot Connectivity addon to the latest version then the issue will be fixed.
And regarding select software looks like your support package is expired.so please just renew your support package then you can open support ticket again. Thank you.
