ChatPion Saas not working all of a sudden

Hi, suddenly my ChatPion Saas is not working. It has been working fine for the last 1 year. But why now suddenly it stopped working? For my users, it is showing access denied and for the admin(me), it is asking for the purchase code. But I have already given it and activated it. Still I typed my purchase code and gave enter, but it is not responding!
