How does it work If I am an Agency owner and offer this to an agency as well? Can I do charge (extended license) on recurring fees to the client?
The system doesn't have agency account creation option. I mean you user doesn't have option to resell to their users from their panel.
In this case, the solution is to purchase extended licenses for each agency users & install for them only in your server.

May I ask for quick reply auto collect email and phone number function. As I know if an user does not publish email or phone number at their personal profile, that quick reply does not able to auto filled the email or phone. So in this case we will mention in our message saying that " if does not show your email/ phone, please type your email or phone manually at below" in the message. So if an user key in manually , how system can collect the data automatically like quick reply do? In reality, most of the people dont update their email and phone number. So wondering , we can do anything if people key their phone or email manually. Thanks
It's not available right now. You may use webview to collect email or phone number & later process it as per your needs.

What do you mean by not work ? Which SMS gateway you have tried.
There is no option to add custom gateway. We have already provided 7 SMS gateway that's enough i think. For any custom matter, you can use JSON API connector add-on & built your own system.
I try 6 gateways and only nexmo is usable but the cost is too expensive.
